Overview
An anthology wherein each story has its own cast of strange characters, dealing with their own special sundae of suffering. And on the periphery of all of them is the Ice Cream Man—a weaver of stories, a purveyor of sweet treats. He’s their friend, foe, God and demon, and he has the power to change a person’s life forever.
